Are You a Salty Dog?

The Cruising Rally Association values the support and dedication of its veterans, those who have participated in multiple sailing events over the years.

To honor the "saltiest" of the veterans, we have initiated "The Order of the Salty Dog." It's a fun way to say "Thank You" to those have participated in seven or more CRA sailing events.

Qualifiers come from all parts of the U.S. and Canada. They are male and female, young and old, boat owners, skippers, spouses, partners, and volunteer crew.

Our special Thanks to Loren Thompson, Ron Horton, and David Grove --- the Salty Dogs who came up with the idea for this elite group.
