After an intensive two-day Ocean Sailing Seminar, you will know how to prepare for an offshore passage. In an interactive classroom setting, you'll be able to ask your questions and get personalized answers.
You will learn from the pros. Two are circumnavigators. One has completed multiple single-handed transatlantic passages. Another has a 23-year history of offshore racing competition. All speak with first-hand experience derived from 18 years and hundreds of boats in the Cruising Rally Association offshore sailing events.
You will have one-on-one time with the instructors and consider them your advisors during the passage preparation process.
You will learn the difference between "must have" and "nice to have" in order to cost-effectively outfit your boat to meet the needs of the passage you plan to make. You will learn how to prepare your boat to avoid costly repairs and common system failures on offshore passages.
